Description
The cooking class involves a chef specialising in traditional cuisine or an executive chef from a gourmet restaurant. The chef will provide all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the dishes, including a personalised apron and a basic work kit including a chopping board, bowl, pasta making utensils, pasta forms, pen-nello, etc.
So each participant will have their own station and will prepare three different dishes which they will then obviously taste =)
