Description
A visit to a 19th-century Masseria near Ceglie Messapica. following the instructions of the Mastro Casaro (master cheese-maker) they can try their hand at making mozzarella and fresh cheeses such as giuncata or primosale.
Final tasting of the fresh and mature cheeses accompanied by honey produced in the Masseria and bread baked in the wood-fired oven with a good glass of local wine.
