Villa Camaiore

Villa Camaiore is a perfect choice for those who want to take in the Tuscan countryside while being near the sea.

It is less than 1km from the old village of Camaiore, at the foot of the Apuan Mountains, and less than 9km from the Versilia Coast’s sandy beaches.

The villa’s owner fell in love with the area’s natural beauty and decided to turn a ruin into a vacation retreat for her loved ones. There is a main house and two guest houses or dependencies, making this a great vacation rental for a large group that wants to spend time together but also have some privacy.

Guests may enjoy fresh veggies and fruits from a gardener’s vegetable garden and fruit trees and have a thoroughly relaxing moment in the lovely saltwater swimming pool – 15m X4m – in front of the main home.

In the primary residence, we find two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and three bathrooms (one with bath and two with shower – one of which is on the lower ground floor). Each of the two dependencies has a twin bedroom with an ensuite toilet (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). The ample open space in the main house includes a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area, and a large kitchen, all of which open onto the garden and a covered veranda suitable for ‘al fresco’ eating. On the lower ground floor, there is a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower.

 Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, well-known for their chic restaurants, shops, and nightclubs, are also nearby. It is only 8 kilometers from the highway exit, making it ideal for those wishing to discover the Tuscan area and its many attractions.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
