Villa Essential

Villa Essential is a compact and pleasant villa with a private pool that sleeps up to six guests and is refurbished in 2018. This villa is perfect for a family with little children or friends traveling together, and its location is ideal for people who want to spend time in the countryside while being near a metropolis.

The garden has a fantastic pool for exclusive use – 12m x 6m – with sunbeds and a garden all around.

The owners run several houses in the vicinity and have outfitted this one with various amenities such as air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth music system, WI-Fi, and so on. The living area and a well-equipped kitchen are located on the ground level of the home, while on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a twin bedroom with its private bathroom (shower).

There is a modest sports center within walking distance where you may play tennis.

The owners also rent the villa next door, villa Colle, which sleeps nine people, for large gatherings.

The beautiful city of Lucca is only 15 kilometers away. Centrally located in Colle di Compito, it is also near the Versilia coast, and guests have easy access to the main Tuscany attractions, such as Florence, Pisa, and San Gimignano.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
