Villa Pietrasanta

Villa Pietra Santa is a pleasant villa in the countryside with a private pool and numerous contemporary conveniences. The villa is situated in a bright location on the hills, with magnificent views of the valley below. The grounds are well maintained, and visitors may enjoy an exceptionally large saltwater infinity swimming pool (17 x 7m) with an indoor Jacuzzi bath. A spacious outside eating space under a covered patio is also available for al fresco dining. Travelers can use the barbecue.

The rooms are spacious and bright. All bedrooms include air conditioning, as well as screen TVs, mosquito nets, and contemporary bathrooms. The ambiance, designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, provides the ideal setting for a completely peaceful trip.

On the front side, there is the entrance. On the ground floor, there is the sitting room, the well-furnished kitchen/dining area with a fireplace opening onto the veranda with a table for outdoor moments and a portable BBQ. Also, a master bedroom with a sitting room and en-suite bathroom with shower and the guest bathroom.

On the first floor, you can spend pleasant moments in the sitting room with a fireplace and TV or in the study with a fireplace. And also another master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and sink in the bedroom; the toilet and bidet are separated.

For bigger parties, two more bedrooms may be hired, with the entrance on the back side accessible from the first floor.

The apartment is well positioned for daily visits to Lucca, which has many good stores and restaurants, as well as exploring the region, which includes historical and art cities such as Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, and the sandy beaches of the Versilia coast within a short drive. A little rural village less than a 5-minute drive from Santo Stefano also has food shops, ice cream, and an international newspaper.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 3-4 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
